Sana’s background spans federal business development, capture operations, proposal leadership, and analytics, with hands-on experience supporting complex pursuits across the Departments of Defense, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, and Agriculture. She is known for translating policy and technical requirements into clear growth strategies, strengthening opportunity pipelines, and building repeatable processes that enable sustainable scale. Prior to joining Imagineeer, Sana played a key role in building and scaling Hopper Consulting’s Business Development as a Service (BDaaS) practice. She led growth and capture efforts for a portfolio of small-business government contractors, drove significant year-over-year revenue growth, expanded client support capacity, and helped mature pipelines through structured qualification and capture frameworks. Her work consistently bridged strategy and execution—aligning market intelligence, partner strategy, and delivery capabilities to support mission-aligned growth.
