Jinni Amin

Jinni’s background spans federal health operations, regulatory modernization, and strategic communications across FDA, CDC, VA, and the DHA. She translates scientific and policy complexity into executable strategies that drive mission outcomes and stakeholder alignment. At CDC, she led the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases COVID-19 Scientific Reviewers and Data Surveillance program, streamlining workflows under evolving public health priorities. At FDA, she advanced enterprise analytics and regulatory modernization through strategic roadmaps that bridged policy intent with operational capability. For VA’s Electronic Health Record Modernization program, she developed deployment frameworks to guide nationwide transformation across one of the largest federal health systems. At the DHA, she served in the Director’s Action Group, leading strategic communications for innovation initiatives. She launched the agency’s first Strategic Innovation Cell and designed the Military-Civilian Partnership Program to strengthen trauma readiness and integrated care delivery. Jinni has helped firms secure over $200M in competitive federal contracts by aligning growth strategies with agency mission needs, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder priorities. She holds a PhD in Epidemiology, MPH, and MBA.
